Receiving unwanted phone calls

I keep receiving phone calls from this number, +27 (31) ***<br> South Africa<br> Saying they are calling on behalf of C Track. I've even gone as far as blocking the number and now they leave messages on my phone. Please can you look into this matter, it is extremely annoying.
