Product not working correctly

C-Track installed new tracking devices in 2 cars, 1 insure unit and 1 Secure unit. Every time I start the car with the insure unit I get a call from C-track saying they received a \Panic"from the car. The insure unit does not even have a PANIC function!!!! Every time they phone me I complain about this but it seems to be falling on deaf ears.<br> <br> I also requested for the option to pay the large amount upfront in order to reduce the monthly amount"
