Poor Service

I was supp**** with 2 faulty units in November 2012, my contract was cancelled which I received in writing. Then in 2014 (2 years later) I was handed over to a debt collection agency to collect the last payment which was not paid as per written confirmation. I was then also told to pay legal costs - what poor and terrible service. Be wary of what you sign these days!!!!!!<br>
