Poor Handling of Account
I am truly horrified by how C-Track has handled and effected my life. I was completely unaware that I was bound to a 3 year contract with them after cancelling an insurance policy with MiWay. C-Track then proceeded to ITC list me without any notification via message, phone or email.
I do not believe that this was handled in the correct way and despite the argument that this account was never supposed to be in my name I have been severely effected by this and forced to settle this account as there is no dispute resolution process with this company.
