Poor Customer services

This tracking company has flag my credit status because of an outstanding amount since 2017. I was told that emails was send(Previous Employer email address), and sms that I never received. When ask why didn't I someone call me to confirm my details, I was told by on legal person that's how the process work. If this is how Ctrack work then I will never ever buy a product from them.
