PATHETIC USELESS *** COMPANY

<p>Where to start...</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved from Discovery Insure to another service provider, and contacted Ctrack to keep the tracking unit. Emails, calls...No response. Then Discovery shows up to remove the device, which I didn't permit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ctrack, when thye eventually caught on that they are slow and a failed organzaition, contacted me to install the device that is already in my car....Well done on being stupid...</p> <p> </p> <p>I then managed to explain the situation and the required action....</p> <p> </p> <p>CTrack never reverted, then I kept following up - eventually I got an email to state I am now A CLIENT AND MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED...Where the F did I sign for this...? No matter, it seemed to work ok.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I outlined the vehicle is sold and the seervice being taken over by the new owner...I again had no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually, I gothold of some really useless people, and they now wanted a plethora of forms and documents completed.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was done promptly and sent to the relevant parties...And guess what...My account was debited...AGIAIN!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I reversed the debit order, and that is the fastest ****ing response I ever got from CTrack...Threats of legal action etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reminded them that I am not liable for payment, the buyer of the car is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, I paid, not needing more **** and just wanting to get rid of the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, after I paid, I still get threatening emails!!!!</p> <p><br />Guess what...**** YOU CTRACK...By Monday 07/08/2017 at 08H00 - I am going to reverse and dispute every debit order that you have taken since the start of Ctrack debitign my account (PS where is the debot order authorisation form...? When you find it, send it to me...Because I haven't signed one).</p> <p> </p> <p>So, if this receives a response, it just further shows that when I affect you financially (ps the money isn't due to you anyway), then you react. When I become rude, you react...But when I phone, email and submit web enquires, you do ****all because you still get your monthly subs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let's see what happens.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
