Pathetic service for a newly customer

<p>I joined C-track recently and I must say they are useless!!! they couldn't even notify me when they had changed there +27 number I had to call in and ask what's happening? my unit seems to be faulty yet they won't even send a tech out to see what's happening? as they said it would BE a waste of time. I'm tired of contacting use the whole time and use Come with stories everytime about the unit. SO I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. AND I WON'T PAY ANYTHING COZ IT AIN'T MY PROBLEM THAT USE CANNOT FIX. CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK.... WHAT TYPE OF TRACKING COMPANY ARE USE...... DON'T RECOMMEND ANY1 TO GO FOR USE</p>
