Pathetic service

Sent email to support to ********** To which I received a response but clearly person actioning request not able to read & understand request. Which resulted in me having a to call in, speaking to same individual who responsed to original mail. Ref no 502500. To which call was transferred to service control to be assisted. I was promised a call by anneliene by service control & tebogo from support division as they are investigating problem. To date still have not received any feedback around my query. As I was even told they would open a repair case.
