PATHETIC SERVICE
Pathetic service. Ever since we installed the unit in our car we had constant panic alerts even while driving and constant interference with my car electronics. They sent a technician to repair but the problem remained. Then we were in a car accident and they called and we asked them to call us back. It's been 2 weeks since our accident and still no one has contacted us. We contacted them to find out why no one called and all they keep saying is that it's been escalated. Our car was written off and is standing at the s**** yard and because the reinstallatoon address is diferent from the deinstall address its going to cost me more. Don't use Ctrack as they are ***********
