Over 6 months of payments with 1 week of service. If you like paying someone money for absolutly no reason C Track is for you they will debit you monthly for a vehicle that doesn't show up on your portal when you ask them to fix the problem they will tell you someone needs to come out to repair the unit and the repair agent will be in contact but no one will contact you then they will send you a survey after compleating the survey they will contact you to appologise and insist someone will contcat you to resolve the problem but no one will and so the process will start again, Im now on my third loop of this process. I have wasted so much time on this and if you ask for a refund they will tell you someone needs to come out and access the problem, I'm begining to think this is some type of **** or somthing I just can't logicaly see how a company can get it so wrong.
