One month notice for ****** (un-recovered!) vehicle!?
Our vehicle was ****** and could not be recovered by C-Track SA. One would assume that the unit would be cancelled as they could not fulfill their duties. But no, we had to give a written letter for cancellation and are still being charged for the unit! When following up, we are told, you should give 30 days notice?! How the hell would we have known 30 days in advance that the vehicle would be ****** ? We are now paying for a unit and vehicle that is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
