Not trustworthy

<p>C-Track is making me sick now. On the 6th February,I reported a faulty device installed on my car on the 29th January, but it seems like things keep getting out of hand. The reason I first reported the device,was because it was not updating. Kept showing one location and incorrect time,even when i knew my car was not there. They promised to come install a new device and replace the old one,of which they did on Friday the 10th . I tested to see if it's working,it showed the car is at my house,which was true but the time was not correct. Then Saturday i drive home,Mpumalanga,tested the damn device again and it showed me online that my car is at my house in the East Rand. This is totally unacceptable as i never know where my car is besides going and check with my two naked eyes. What am i paying for? And they never do follow up to check if everything is going well. The only person at C-Track who is professional and takes his job seriously,is Scott Mlambo the rest can go drown with the company. This is really frustrating!!! I will never recommend C-Track to anyone,never!</p>
