Non stop battery tamper

I regret doing business with this company, since day one the tracker was installed it kept giving faulty alarms. Battery temper even though you are driving the car. The calls were annoying and everytime we report they just tell us they will attend to it but they never did. At the moment I need to cancel this service because it was never a service I ordered. I wonder if they have field techs, this is not kind of business I will see myself with them in future. I actually need out, Noone makes a follow-up.
