Non installation and continuous billing

Good day Sir/Madam.<br> <br> I had a tracking device fitted onto my Mercedes Benz E class Registration TULIP GP around March/April 2011 with C Track -tracking company on a three year contact. In January 2014 last year, C track contacted me if I wanted to renew my Tracking system with them, which I agreed to.<br> Later last year about July 2014, my vehicle was involved in a car accident and was written-off, I got another vehicle in August 2014 an S350 Mercedes and requested C track for a higher package of tracking system which would enable be monitor the vehicle from a laptop or a mobile device and was prepared to pay for the unit, When I contacted the centre a Mr Van Staden advised that I need not purchase a new unit, but rather that the same unit from the written off vehicle would be used, they were going to do a software change.<br> <br> To this I agreed as it was going to save me money as the brand new unit which I was going to purchase from the them was about +R3000 rand, whereas the de-installation and re-installation of the unit was going to cost about +R850.
