My query remains unresolved after three weeks and Ctrack shows zero urgency in resolving
After more than three weeks of waiting for CTrack to assist with the logbook of our company vehicle, I get a response today that the tracking device unit last update was 26/07/2023 17:12 and that the relevant department would be in touch. I am beyond shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.
