My account was debited twice

I normally pay R185 every month but I was surprised to see an extra R145 that was also deducted from my account ,can someone please explain to me what's going on otherwise disconnect there's a lot of tracking companies to choose from its annoying me I work so hard for my money to be deducted unreasonably
