I signed up for this service as per her insurance company and broker instruction and was told it was month to month and I could cancel at any time.<br> This was hand written on the top of the contract and signed for which has now been blatantly and conveniently ignored by C-track.lucinda schlebush *** also never<br> When my car was written off 2.5 yrs later, C-track held me liable until the 3 year contractual cut off and now they have taken legal action against me despite me advising that I don't have a vehicle any longer and that they should please remove the unit from my written off vehicle, left in De Aar, which is where I had my accident, half way on my way home to joburg from a Cape town holiday. I've sent numerous e-mail back and forth which were all ignored in terms of my legal right. My vehicle was written of Dec 2013 already.I find C-track a company that think they are above the law and simple just bull headed go ahead with what their mission is even though not legally correct.ps I never got any feedback with regard to the removal of their unit. How is it possible to keep a person financially liable for a unit they can't use?did they want me to plug it into my ear or what
