I went to Ctrack I wanted to. fit in a tracking device on my vehicle but they failed to give me the better service.

I went to Ctrack in polokwane,i wanted to fit a tracking device on my vehicle all they did was only de ducting money fromm my account.i told the sales consultant I wanted a secure pakage which I have on my other vehicle and they didn't give me the secure package and the tracking device the have fit in my vehicle is not working.i told the lady and she said she will send the technicians it's been 3months since I'm waiting for the technicians and I'm not comfortable driving my vehicle knowing that my tracking device is not working,and the deducting money that we ddnt agree on they deducting R269.00 instead of R169.00 I dnt know what to do anymore.
