I am paying for Nothing

I signed a contract with C-track last year and since the device was installed in my vehicle it has never worked. I reported the matter on a number of occasions and sent mails to accounts department indicating that I want to terminate the contract as I am not getting the service that I am contracted to but I am being ignored. I also want to claim back the amount that I have been paying monthly as their device never worked.<br>
