Full of promises - NO backup

<p>Have been trying to get my tracking system transferred from my old vehicle to my new vehicle since the 27 th March ( 09 April Today )</p> <p>Been to the branch twice , sent numerous mails , paid the transfer fee, premium was deducted twice , phoned me a week ago to inform me that a technician will be in touch and still NOTHING happened.</p> <p>If their admin is so bad what can we expect from their recovery team, - Probably also nothing</p> <p>Time to cancel and go to the opposition </p> <p>Will give feedback once a month on this and keep CTRACK in the loop of no response.</p> <p> </p>
