Frustrated with C-track

I had checked my Crystal website and noticed there was a month's delay in updating the devices. I contacted customer care, and they advised me to contact the Legal department, as it looks like non-payment (2 August 2025). Contacted the Legal department (4 August 2025), and the feedback (via email 5 August) was that it was due to an unforeseen system error; the scheduled debit order was not submitted as expected.• I requested what notifications were submitted to me by C-track to notify me of non-payment. I was informed that notifications were sent and statements were issued. I am the primary account holder, but I don’t receive statements; it goes to my husband. My husband assumed that since I am the account holder, I receive them, but I do not. • My frustration is that if you, as a company, did not receive a response from me as a customer within 30 days, why was I not contacted telephonically to advise me that an email/ statement was sent to a specific email address regarding the issue? My contact details are not limited to emails only; when I signed up with C-track, it was done telephonically, so there were various methods C-track could have contacted me, the account holder. (I asked the agent a similar question and her response was that they don’t sit in front of their screens the whole day seeing who paid and who didn’t pay). • On my side, I assumed all was well, as my Crystal tracking system was working fine until a month or so ago; if I didn’t notice, was no one going to inform me?The one vehicle that was still on contract, I requested a settlement for that. The dates in the settlement do not correspond with what information given to me previously. The agent Shirley that my husband and I spoke to on 7 August was very rude, speaking while we were speaking, speaking over us. It did lead me to use vulgar language on my part. The agent Shirley indicated that since I was rude to her, she would get one of her managers to contact me. They have not contacted me, keeping in mind I called the Legal department on 7 August, again I called on 11 August to speak to a manager, whereby I was told that the managers were in a meeting and would call me back (no response). I called today and was informed the manager stepped out and requested to leave my details so the manager can call me back, which I doubt they will, hence the complaint on HelloPeter. My request now is to please get a thorough explanation regarding the settlement that was sent to me and a method of payment that does not permit me to sign an acknowledgment of debit.
