Experience from hell
I just got a call from a company called Hybrid collections, they say Ctrack has given them my account which owes R3500 I cancelled my contract with Ctrack 2015 but never got any cancellation letter, they say my contract was for 3 years I asked for a copy of the contract but I was not given. The lady says my name will be taken to credit bureau Ctrack I need answers I am disappointed with the services I got and that is one of the reasons I left ctrack.
