DO NOT INSTALL CTRACK! rather install Tracker!

I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with ctrack. I literally pay them for NOTHING.<br> I have been in 2 accidents, and recieved no assistance from them. The last and most serious accident was in May. I had sustained injuries due to the collision and was being transported to the hospital. I had a relative call ctrack who then needed to speak to me, and asked me TO MANY questions considering my CONCUSSION. This Tracking company needed the exact location of my vehicle?? which was annoying to say the least. In the end ctrack did not get to the scene in time. and i had to tow the vehicle privately. Now the car, basically a write off has been sold to a s**** dealer. Ctrack refuses to respond to my queries of cancellation, however i was told by a consultant that to cancel i would have to PAY UP THE ENTIRE 36 MONTHS remaining as well as a hefty termination fee if i want out. I keep getting told to email and request a settlement figure, which they never respond to. So im currently paying for a tracking service that offers me no assistance, and charges me a fortune if i want to end dealings with them due to unforeseeable circumstances. I dont even have the car and im still paying them
