Do not enter into contracts with them!
Do not enter into any contracts with this company. They do not act with compassion and understanding. They do not operate like the majority of companies out there.
We had a contract and SOLD OUR CAR, notified insurance who were happy enough to pay us back what was owed because we didn’t need THEIR SERVICE anymore. However c-track believed we need to pay for MONTHS thereafter even though their services were not being utilized and we didn’t own a car.
Fast forward 2 years and they serve us a lawyer letter for a messily +\- R2400.
Word of warning- they are not kind or approachable and be prepared to pay for no service even if you sell you car or whatever.

We paid the amount you wanted as soon as we got the threatening email from your lawyers. Which makes no sense. We won’t be using you again

The lawyer (Angel Phama) apologized to us and said there was a duplicate file opened by C-TRACK. You guys need to get your act together, this is absolutely pathetic and unnecessary (12 May 2023.
