Debit order query
I am so annoyed by Ctrack SA,they are deducting debit order 25th monthly,whereas my salary date is 20th monthly,Ctrack refused to deduct on the 20th ,they said their system only have 15th,25th and 31st monthly deductions,on the 25.08.2018 debit unpaid due to insufficient funds, I then emailed Ctrack and made arrangements with their office that I will make payments monthly via Eft and we had an agreement that on the 20.09.2018 I will make transfer payment and forward proof of payment ,I have made a payment on the 20.09.2018 for August and September installment however they still deducted on my account and there was no funds available,debit unpaid and my profile is affected and I have to pay unpaid changes,I will never recommend to anyone in my family or friends to use Ctrack because they are in competent,they are BAD NEWS,a nightmare,I am even considering of terminating my contract with them
