CtrackSA HORROR

A Credit Controller Annelien Swanepoel from CtrackSA gave me such an awful service making it my problem that a debit order wasn't submitted. Instead of this woman to call me or send me an email explaining the situation, she just sends a statement that shows arrears so I call with no luck then I send an email asking for clarity. She's got the ****** cheek to tell me that the services were provided to me so I have to make payment arrangements. Obviously someone didn't do their job well!! Yerrrr and guess what when you want to cancel this nonsense they expect you to pay a ridiculous amount of money I don't know for what really. Such a reap off! BE WARNED ABOUT CtrackSA !
