CTRACK - tracking gone Blind car cant be tracked

I have a ctrack tracker on my car suggested by Miway insurance and yet this device keep freezing and wouldn't show live car status, now 22:48 and last update was 17:35 i do not know where is the car i called ctrack they also cant tell me where is the car
