CTRACK TECHNICIANS DAMAGED MY DASHBOARD LIGHT
I BOUGHT A BUSINESS INSURANCE FROM VUM AND THEY WORK WITH CTRACK. THE COMPANY CALLED CTRACK PERFORMED AN INSTALLATION ON MY VEHICLE (TRACK ER DEVICES AND ACCELEROMETOR). MY LIGHT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE, PRECEDING THE INSTALLATION THE DASHBOARD LIGHT HAD STOPPED WORKING. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER (HENRY) AT CTRACK, AND THIS IS WHAT HE SAID: "THE DAHSBOARD LIGHT THAT IS NOT WORKING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INSTALLATION." I ASKED HIM TO SEND SOMEONE, AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN WOULD THE QUALITY CHECKER BE AVAIALBLE. HE HAD NO SENSE OF URGENCY ON THE MATTER, DID NOT CARE WHETHER IT WOULD BE RESOLVED OR NOT, WAS VERY ARROGANT AND KEPT RE-ITTERATING THAT THEY WOULD CHECK IF IT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE INSTALLATION - IT HAS TOOK THEM ROUGHLY A WEEK TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE, SIMPLE ISSUE - TO PUT BACK ON THE DASHBOARD LIGHT.
