Ctrack SA worst tracker company in SA

I am so dissapointed with Ctrack. Worst tracker company ever. Firstly my car was ****** on 1 December 2020..we struggled for +- 30 minutes to get hold of them..secondly they did not even search long for my car. Thirdly in lock down they informed me that my tracker is faulty..they came to replace my unit thus I ended up with a new contract again. They could not find my car but also does not want me to cancel my contract.

I need to pay a monthly installment of +-R149 for something I dont have...A new system costs R1588.65...but they want me to settle the contract for R4521.97.

I feel that I have been with them for years...why do I need to pay anything...they did not find my car...they did not even phone me to update me on my car status when it was ******...we had to phone everytime to get an update.

I think they dont really care about their customers...all they want is money...the sad part is that my other car is alao with them...
