Ctrack SA Bad Customer Service

They very arrogant be carefull if you want to do business with them. They work with ***** lawyers and Sherrifs who go to court and get warrants to attach property without your presence to defend your case. I had their tracking device installed in my van around 2010, my client wanted me to upgrade to an advanced tracking system a year later, we approached Ctrack they installed it. Now instead of cancelling the lower grade system they continued billing for the two systems. I have complained, written a number of emails no one listened instead I was sent from pillar to post. Now two weeks ago they sent a Sherrif to my house with a Warrant against my property (furniture) saying I owe them R30000, funny Sherriff couldn't come and serve me with a notice to go appear in court, that's their tricks. How do you Bill one vehicle twice for the same thing? I'm sitting with this problem currently.
