Ctrack *********** people after cancellation of service

I installed a Ctrack on a cash basis in August 2013 and I have been paying my monthly subscription every month. In 2017 the vehicle was involved in an accident and I called the tracking Company to inform them that the vehicle was not gonna be in use. I want to cancel the Subscription. I also send emails after realizing that even after the 30 days period of Cancellation has passed they still debited my account on numerous occasions. Until I went to the bank to ask them to stop the debit order. This year I started getting several calls from debt collectors regarding this account. Due to their incompetence that their administrators didn't do their job ? Can my name be moved from those debt collectors because Ctrack they are actually owing me for all the months that they debited my account even after I informed them that the vehicle is no longer in use? I need my money back and remove my name from these ****ing-off people. Go back to your emails under my account and your call recordings regarding this issue before calling me. I want this resolved today.
