Ctrack- No track

<p>My husband has a ctrack unit in his car. He decided to test it and when he phoned, they told him that they cannot track it because they are not picking up signal. Then they phone back, telling him that his unit has not been working since November. Its now a week later and still nobody has phoned him back regarding fixing of his unit. So if the car should be ******, our insurance wont pay because our ctrack is not working. </p>
