CTRACK missing reports for SARS submission

I had CTrack Vehicle tracking in my car and my wife's car, up and till the end of October 2014. 01st of November 2014, I went to DQ Tracking with Discovery and had the systems removed. Two months later, I tried to go into Ctrack system to pull my tracking reports, ALL GONE. I requested from the local branch, to see if they could assist, answer, SORRY, ALL REPORTS DELETED. Reported this to SARS, and was advised that as a service that I paid for, CTrack is obliged to keep records, within that specific time and is legally bound to produce such reports. Now, If only I can get through to CTRACK headoffice number, just keeps ringing, tried headoffice mail, on internet, no reply to mail over the last two weeks. Anyone out there from CTRACK or do you just collect customer money and no after sales service.
