CTrack Just Dont Respond

This has to be the most useless company when it comes to responding with technical issues. I bought two mobile tracking units cash around 7k so not cheap plus monthly subs, problem is these units will not update until I send an sms from my cellphone requesting the position, I have called Ctrack for the last month, who are really friendly over the phone but dont do anything to correct the problem. What is the point of a tracking system that continuously reports the wrong position and wont update no matter how many times you click refresh, this is useless as a real time tracking device and no point if Ctrack cant figure out the issues ? I have a truck in Durban tracking says its been wheel spinning in Harrismith since 18h30 last night Pffft !!!!!<br>
