CTRACK is a ****!!!! They install faulty devices and charge you for cancelling the contract!!!

I contacted CTRack last week to have a tracking device installed on my car, they sent out a technician to my house on Thursday to install the device which we later found out doesnt work, it doesnt update and I cannot track the car...they cant explain what is going on besides telling me to drive around or start the car and let it idle for 5 minutes...I wonder who told them my car uses Water and not petrol to drive. I have been calling almost everyday to have this resolved, to get a new device installed and to also have this done in a safer/neutral place than my house because right now all of them know where I stay and that the device in the car doesnt work but they are refusing to cancel the contract - or not, they are busy calculating how much I must pay them to cancel the contract. Why must I pay to cancel a contract for a service that they never delivered? Is this how they make money? They have always known that the device doesnt work but they are not in a rush to replace the device, what are they waiting for? To frustrame me so I cancel the contract and they get money for notheing? Or to arrange for my car to be ******?
