This is the worst tracking company ever to use they allow people to have unit removed without client permission. Our car was recalled for a factory fault the supplier at the time had unit removed and never had it replaced into our car ctrack never called to have the unit reinstalled or ask if they have our permission to remove it we have been paying for this and in the interim they also never contacted us to upgrade or replace battries on unit they take payments for service they don’t render they a ******* company. This for 10 years.
