Ctrack double charges??

Very disappointed in Ctrack. Bought a car with Ctrack unit installed. Was then told they cannot transfer the current unit to my name, and I have to install a new one. I agreed, but when they arrived to install new unit I was informed they cannot remove the old unit. If I want the old unit removed, I will have to pay them an extra amount (Almost R1000 ). I find this totally ridiculous, so will use other tracking company.
