Ctrack Disaster!
1. Changed over from Online to Crystal without being informed. (Just saw my unit was not updating and sending GPS Unlock messages) 2. Battled to get Username and Password for Crystal 3. Waiting from 10 January 2024 for information from 1-10 January to be imported - still not done! 4. Crystal system is slow and if you try to use the business/private function, it takes ages (if you are nog logged out) - Not as nice as the Business/Private report on Online!
Not responding on the email I have sent to them.
(Some of the technicians and call centre staff really try to help but without any joy as they are not getting support)
