CTrac are ****mers

I lost my scooter and Ctrac could not recover it. They are forcing me to pay for a service they can't deliver. I told them I can't pay because I was expecting them to do their job in I was paying for every month. Do not use Ctrac for a work of advise. The next thing they will run to Credit Bureau as if you are at wrong. They will never recover your ****** vehicle. People are complaining about them
