Contract renewal

<p>These people have a 3 year contract which is non-gotiable. I have had the contract for more than 9 years, but when I sold the motor vehicle and was not going to replace it, I was told that I still had six months on my contract and must continue to pay even though they were no longer providing a service. i have tried to cancel the debit order, but the bank is of no service to the poor down trodden consumer! I have heard that this is not the case with their opposition. How do people like this stay in business?</p>
