Contract not cancelled

I have sold my vehicle where I had the tracking installed to, I had it removed and I cancelled the tracking at the fitment centre and telephonically by c-track themselves, I received no further correspondence from them. Monday I was in an accident where my vehicle was a write-off, I app**** for finance to buy a new vehicle just to find out yesterday that my application was declined due to ITC, to get the news that c-track placed me on ITC on August 2014, 3 years and 3 months after I cancelled the tracking and without any correspondence or notification. Now they cause me to loose my job since I can't get finance for a new car that I am not able to get to work.
