Cartrack Are Not reliable

I have logged a complain of their faulty device on my car that has caused my car boot sensor not working properly it keeps on beeping that the boot is not closed. They keep ignoring my calls but they were able to send 5 technicians with 5 cars but now fail to send one to rectify their mess. They're good at deducting premiums but unprofessional to rectify this problem of theirs.
