CAR TRACKER.
I reversed my debit order for my payment because my car have been stuck for months yet Ctrack SA haven't called me to check if my tracker is still active or not, all the car about is the payment.
The Credit Controller asked me if i have called to say my unit is not working, but i thought the company needs to make sure that the unit is active at all times and if it is not, then they should call me and ask if everything is okay with the car.

Maybe you can check with her. She was following up on payment for June 2019 but i was telling her that my car have being stuck for months, apparently ctrack tried to call me on the 18-20 November 2018 and you guys did not reach me. So did you guys assume that everything is working and now we in July 2019.
