Car Track device faulty

<p>I called car track today to update my infomation and further asked the whereabouts of my vihacle they told me they can not pick up my cars location the device on my car is faulty, 1_I would have never know that the device is faulty if I didnt call in, My car would have been ****** or hijacked and I would call them only to find out that they can not locate the vihacle, The worst part about this is that they say they will send a tecnician to come and fix the device of which I have to pay for myself, how do I pay for a faulty device that I didnt break? I dont even know where its located in my car or even how it looks like, Iv never touched it but I must pay for it to be fixed, I must pay for their faulty device.</p>
