Car ****** but CTrack wont cancel my account

I had a CTRACK device on my car for 3 years, then he vehicle was hijacked in June 2015, a month later they were still debiting my account, I called trying to cancel and I was sent from one department to the next until I was given an email that I was supposed to send a cancellation letter to, when I asked for a reference number I was told there isn't one.<br> <br> I sent a cancellation email on 31 July and received no reply. A month later I noticed they were still deducting money from my account. I then went to the bank and stopped the debit orders from going through, then in September I received a call from a lady who asked me why I stopped paying and I explained on the phone, she asked me when I had sent the cancellation letter and I told her, she promised to call back but didn't.<br> <br> Today I got a call from a different lady, threatening to hand my account over to the legal department, she then forwarded a response dated 7 Aug where they request a confirmation letter from my insurance as proof that the claim was paid out. I sent her my claim number and the contact details of the person who handled my claim.<br> <br> 4 months later! car-less and CTRACK is still demanding money from me, for what?!
