Calling me without my permission

I was called by some or other call center representing C-Track. I asked the manager there (Zain Kahn) where they got my details and who said they could call me. I got given the line of they got my number on the National Consumer Database, which I know does not exist. I have now been trying to get information out of C-Track for 3 weeks, trying to find out how they got my details. I just keep getting \we will follow up and call you back". I am getting no help from C-Track staff."""
