Call out fee for what
A week back my car was pounded and I contacted c track I was advised that my car was on motion and driving towards Newtown, I even asked the guy is it edling the answer was yes...... what does that mean? My car is ****** and that is the reason I contacted them. I had my car keys and the car was not were I packed it so that tells you it's ******... I contacted tracker found a lady who was clueless and told me my account was locked... ask her how come as it was a played up account for 3 years...
I asked them to cancel my contract as their service sucks I was promised a call till to date.. I won't pay that call out fee what are their duties?? It's been a year I've been using their service and honestly it's just waits of my money
