C-Track Vehicle in Space Refuses Cancellation

Where to begin<br> <br> In 2013 we complained and even threaten to cancel our ctrack contracts because of faulty units and endless other problems. We got a reaction from Senior management, but physically nothing changed, about 50% of the problems were fixed and the rest no one cared a darn about. We complained the whole 2014 with no results.<br> <br> October 2014 we cancelled our first 5 contracts, which supprisingly went well. January 2015 we cancel our 6 other contracts and here it goes all wrong once again.<br> <br> We are assured by Ctrack that we can cancel with a 3 month notice period, and no mention was made of a Settlement payment, we asked twice in this regard and we were assured that by March 2015 when the last debit order was subtracted the contracts would be cancelled completely. Now Ctrack discovered the mistake and want to nail us with a R37000.00 settlement bill.<br> <br> The worst is they want to charge admin fees and de installing fees, we removed the units ourselves and sent them everything back in January 2015, but no lets charge the client. Not even a compromise.<br> <br> We had been loyal clients for over 5 years and this is the result thereof.<br> <br> Compromise, but not #@*% us over.<br> <br> Help!!
