C-Track tracking system broken, takes more than 5 months(and counting) to repair
I have a C-Track tracking system for one of my Trucks.
In May 2019 the batteries of the truck got ******. Usually C-Track informed you when there are suspicious activities with a vehicle's battery.
So then I discovered that the Tracking System was broken. I reported it and after 5 months I am still waiting for them to come fix or replace the tracking system.
They still debit me each month without any service.
Now they tell me that the system(under guarantee) needs to be replaced and I need to take out another 24 month contract!!!
