C Track doesn't respond to calls
I has C Track installed in my car, it was a total mess right from the start. They took the car seat out and restarted the car without the seat in, so I had to go to the dealer to reset. Luckily BMW was kind to me as this resetting normally cost R900. About 3-4 weeks ago I start receiving notification of battery tampering. I am a school teacher and I can't answer 5-6 calls a day reporting a problem. It is a brand new car so the battery is not faulty. The promised to open a worksheet to resolve the matter - this was about 4 weeks ago, no news from them as yet. They just keep on sending me notifications. NO SERVICE AT ALL.
